Refund policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Replacements are accepted for the following conditions:

Defective product

Damaged during delivery (Video proof required - Record a video while opening the package)

Not supported with your car model/device - in this condition we accept the product return and initiate refund.( Our team will verify if the product is supported in your car or not through a video call)

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement unit to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, amount will be credited on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Processing & Cancellation Policy :

Once an order is placed on our website, it is immediately processed and allocated for packing and dispatch. This includes payment gateway processing, inventory reservation, and courier scheduling.

 

Because of this automated fulfillment process, order cancellations are generally not possible after an order is successfully placed.

Exceptional Cases

An order may be cancelled only in the following situation:


  • If we are unable to ship or deliver the product due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability.

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch / Delivery Attempts

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Customer request after dispatch
  • Courier delays
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Then:

Shipping charges and RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
